中英人壽保險有限公司由英國英杰華集團與中國中糧資本投資有限公司合資組建，于2003年1月1日正式開業，目前注冊資本金達29.5億元人民幣。中英人壽始終堅持財務穩健和規范經營的理念，經過多年戰略布局和市場拓展，目前業務已拓展至廣東、北京、四川、福建、廈門、山東、湖南、河北、江蘇、遼寧、湖北、河南、黑龍江、上海、安徽、江西等16個省市共80個重點城市，公司規模與利潤均穩居外資第一梯隊。

AVIVA-COFCO Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (ACL) is a joint-venture between AVIVA group and COFCO Capital Investment Co., Ltd.. ACL commenced operation on January 1st, 2003 and now registered capital reached RMB2.95 billion. Hold the idea of financial stability and standardize operation, after years’ strategic planning and marketing developing, ACL has stretched its business into 16 provinces/cities and 80 major cities including Guangdong, Beijing, Sichuan, Fujian, Xiamen, Shandong, Hunan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Hubei, Henan, Heilongjiang, Shanghai ,Anhui and Jiangxi. ACL remains as the 1st-tier player amongst JV on both of the premium scale and profitability.
